Champions League 2011/2012 Drawing Result

UEFA Champions League drawing had been held last night. As usual, there wil always be “hell” group, as well as relatively easy group. The drawing result is also lead to reunion between players and his former clubs. Here’s the review.

The defending champions Barcelona will met seven times Champions League tophy holder, AC Milan. Barcelona is also trying to breaking Milan’s record, being the last team to hold back to back champions. Their competing in Group H, along with them, two “new comers”, BATE Borisov and Viktoria Plzen. To be frankly, this group is likely belong to Barcelona and AC Milan, with BATE and Plzen are competing for Europa League ticket.

The UEFA Champions League play-off had finished. Several names are happy, while the other perhaps feel bitter with the result.

Arsenal coming from behind to beat Udinese at the Stadio Friuli. Both sides started at a high tempo, the stifling heat was having little effect on the pace of proceedings. Transfer Gossips and Rumors: Eto'o is Going To Join Anzhi Makachkala


The transfer process of Samuel Eto'o from Inter Milan to Anzhi continues. This is the hottest transfer rumors this week, after Fabregas issue had been resolved and Scheneider issue is still uncertain.

Anzhi is reported to have breached an agreement with Inter to buy Eto'o worth 27 million euros. Beside the amount they would accept, another advantage for Inter is, they can save on payroll costs of Eto'o up to 72 million euros, as budgeted if the players continue with them until his contract finished in 2014.

uefa champions league qualification match preview, 2nd leg game

Last night, the traditional name like Bayern Munich and Villareal are going to the group phase of UEFA Champions League. Along with them, Genk of Belgium, and APOEL of Siprus are also going to the next phase. Another team is Dinamo Zagreb of Croatia, who is ending their twelve years of waiting.

Serie A Season 2011/2012 Review

It's another big game Monday night when Manchester United play home to Spurs. Manchester United won 3-0.

With the game ahead against Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United had to lose some senior players, especially at the back.

falcao's transfer gossips and rumours

Atletico Madrid FC Porto has agreed with the asking price related to their striker, Radamel Falcao. The statement was published in Atletico's official website that they had agreed about the value of Colombia's international transfer of players with Porto. This confirmation then dismisses other Falcao's transfer rumours.

In his first year debut in Europe in 2009/2010 season, Falcao finish the season with a career-high 34 goals in all competitions. The next year, he scored 38 goals in all competitions.

Arsenal welcoming Liverpool to the Emirates tonight for the matchday number 2 in 2011-12 Premier League season. Both sides have just gathered 1 point so far, after their draws last weekend. Arsenal's vs Newcastle was ended goaless, while Liverpool's against Sunderland was ended 1-1.

With Jack Wilshere is injured, Abou Diaby is still out, Johan Djourou still not recovered from his hamstring injury, and several other names. Obviously, Wenger will rest them in this match.
